CCHappyCats, Inc., is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to improving the lives and health of community cats and kittens in Crawford County, Iowa, through community outreach, humane education, spay/neuter programs, and adoption.
CCMH works with over 200 volunteers who provide services for the CCMH Auxiliary, the Community Cares Patient Transportation Program, the Good Samaritan Center Thrift Shop, the Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP), and more!
The Crawford County Women in Business Impact Organization (WIBIO) aims to bring together women from diverse professional backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to uplift Crawford County. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to make a positive impact on our community, foster professional development, and create lasting connections.
BUILT FOR SERVICE. When Kiwanis club members serve kids, they support the Kiwanis causes: health and nutrition, education and literacy, and youth leadership development. Thanks to those causes, members make an impact that lasts — from infancy to early adulthood.
The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is the nation’s largest and oldest Latino civil rights, volunteer-based organization with over 1,000 councils nationwide. LULAC Council #381 (LULAC Denison), is a nonpartisan organization open to members of all races who are dedicated to the advancement of minority causes. From voter registration to cultural education initiatives and so much more, LULAC Denison is filled with action takers seeking to make positive change in Crawford County.
Denison Rotary’s mission is service above self for the betterment of our community, state, nation and world. They accomplish their mission through high ethical standards, unity, and fellowship. The Rotary Club of Denison’s vision is to be an active, visible service club united in purpose to meet the needs of our community.
