Recipe Walk
– Pick up your recipe card holder at the Donna Reed Foundation on Sunday, November 23rd and then visit local merchants to sample goodies and pick up the recipe from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
Prize Giveaway
– Sign up at local merchants from Holiday Open House to December 7th for your chance to win prizes.
Santa Claus
Santa will appear at Denison Do-It-Best Hardware at the Crossroads on Friday,
November 28 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Santa will appear at the Donna Reed Theater in uptown Denison on Sunday,
December 7 from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Santa will also read two stories for the
children on stage. From 5:00 – 7:00
p.m., the CDC is planning Christmas music as well as cookies, juice, hot chocolate,
and coffee. There will also be motor
tours of Christmas lights and a stop at Evergreen Acres.
Holiday Shopping Hours – Extended hours
begin on Thursday, December 11 and continue through Tuesday, December 23. Stores will close at 4:00 p.m. on Christmas
Eve.
